Each flowing sequence is crafted to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance while easing tension from the day. Perfect for those days when you seek a slower-paced flow that nurtures both the body and mind. This is also a great beginner pace, for anyone starting yoga.Yin Yang:
This unique class weaves together dynamic Vinyasa sequences with deeply restorative Yin postures. Engage in active movements to build strength and energy, while longer-held Yin poses allow for deep release and passive stretching. By focusing on both muscle activation and relaxation, this class helps you access a deeper range of movement and cultivates a sense of harmony in both body and mind. Ideal for those seeking a blend of challenge and calm in their practice.Yin:
Experience deep relaxation and restoration in Deep Release Yin Yoga. Through long-held postures (2-6 minutes), this practice targets the connective tissues, releasing tight muscles and improving flexibility.
